How do I create an Unstack Support account?
There are two ways to create an Unstack Support account; one for those of you who have previously worked with Unstack Support, and one for those of your who have not yet worked with Unstack Support.
The reasoning for the two methods here is that if you've already worked with Unstack Support, any previously-opened tickets are already associated to the email address you used during that interaction. Therefore, when you create an Unstack Support account we simply want to make sure that your existing ticket history is properly associated to your Unstack Support account.
As mentioned above, if you've previously worked with Unstack Support we want to make sure that your ticket history is linked to your Unstack Support account. Follow the below steps to create a password for the email that's already in our support system.
-
From any page on our support site, click the "Sign In" option in the top right.
-
After clicking "Sign In" you should see a window pop up asking you to sign in. However, since you've already worked with Unstack Support, click Get a password in the bottom left of this modal.
-
When you click Get a password you'll be shown another modal that asks for your email. This is where you should put the email that you used when you interacted with Unstack Support.
-
Once you've entered your email, you should receive an email at the address you provided that asks you to reset your password.
If you do not see this email, it's likely that the email you entered hasn't been used previously to interact with Unstack Support. If you believe this could be happening to you, we recommend following the steps under I don't know if I've previously interacted with Unstack Support to confirm.
-
Once your password is reset, click "Sign In" once more and enter your email and password into the standard log-in fields.
-
From any page on our support site, click the "Sign In" option in the top right.
-
Clicking this "Sign In" option will open a "Sign in to Unstack Support" modal that offers you a number of options. However, since you've not previously worked with Unstack Support, you'll want to select the Sign up option pictured below.
-
Upon clicking this link you'll be shown another modal that asks you to enter your name and email.
If you get a warning that your email already exists, then it's already been added to our support system (meaning it has prior ticket history associated to it). In this case you'll want to hit "Cancel" and review the above instructions under I have previously interacted with Unstack Support.
- Once you've submitted this form, check your email. You should receive a instructions on how to complete this process.
