Adjusting User Roles

Before we begin...

Note that only the Account Owner and Administrator are able to make changes to team member roles.

  1. Navigate to the "General" tab under your "Settings" section.

  2. Click on the symbol in the below screenshot to access team member details to change roles.

  3. Click on the "Role" dropdown and make whatever change you need to make. As a reference, here is link to our documentation on the various permissions that each role has.
