Working with Contacts

The Contacts tab in your Unstack main menu shows you all of the information that is pulled in from forms, payments and how often leads browse your site.

When you click on the Contacts tab, by default you'll see all of your current leads that have been captured.

You can use the filter to switch between the following options:

All Contacts: Shows all contacts/leads acquired on Unstack.
New Contacts: Contacts that are acquired within the last 30 days.
Contacts who are repeat visitors: Contacts that visit your site at least once every 30 days.
Contacts who are slipping away: Contacts with no activity on the site in 60+ days.

Below are all of the options you can access when clicking and viewing a leads information:

Activity

The "Activity" tab allows you to see the leads history to see what they have done on your site, including which pages they have visited.

On the right-hand side of the page you'll see a table with the customers information as well as their "Life-time value ($)" if they've purchased a plan or product through a stripe plan.

Tasks
The "Tasks" tabs allows you to assign tasks to yourself or team members to reach out to the lead.

Notes
The "notes" tab lets you write notes on the customers lead profile so that any member on your team can return and read important notes.

In the Forms tab under the "Submitted by" column, a summary of how many leads per form have been captured within the past 30 days will show in blue hyperlinked text.
