Our Support Team is online Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST. (Excluding some holidays)

 

Live Chat Hours

Live chat is available Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST. However chat may be offline depending on team member availability.

 

Phone Support

We no longer offer phone support. Only our sales team leverages phone, so please do not call the Unstack phone line for support, we use email or live chat. If you need more advanced support, a team member may provide you a Zoom link.

 


Best Practices

Context is everything. If you're facing a larger issue or something that you're not receiving an in-app error or message for, consider sending us a video of the issue or some screenshots to help us understand what's going on. 

Additionally, any other info you can provide (like the URL) where you encountered this issue can be immensely helpful in speeding up the troubleshooting process on our end, which in speeds up the entire support process.
